Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd in Guam seeks an Enterprise Account Coordinator Apprentice to support IT&E customers by sharing product information, resolving service issues, and answering questions. You will study through the Department of Labor apprenticeship program while employed by the company.

Responsibilities include following sales processes, maintaining records, processing payments, and staying current on wireless products and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a resident of Guam for a period not less than three consecutive years before entry into the program.
• Mayor's Verification must be submitted upon hire.
• Must be able to attend a minimum of two classes per semester while working forty hours per week with IT&E.

Responsibilities

• Know and uphold established IT&E Mission, policies and procedures, Department and Division objectives, quality assurance and safety programs and standards.
• Meets and exceeds sales objectives and identified KPIs.
• Use effective communication skills and product knowledge to properly engage, train, and educate the customer in the sales process, equipment, services, and value-added offerings.
• Possess the ability to accurately process customer payments and support through the companys billing system.
• Ensure adherence to the sales processes, policies, and procedures.
• Consistently maintains strong knowledge of latest industry technology, wireless products, services, competitive offerings, promotions, and advertising.
• Perform follow-ups with customers via phone calls, email, etc.
• Maintain various records on equipment and service. Prepare, maintain and or submit reports in conjunction with standards of performance or other related forms.
• Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned or required.
