Job summary

IT&E in Tamuning, Guam is seeking an Enterprise Account Specialist Apprentice to support customer inquiries, promote products and services, and resolve issues while pursuing a formal apprenticeship through the Department of Labor.

You will help educate customers about offerings, process payments, and participate in ongoing training aligned with company goals and compliance standards. This role blends hands-on work with classroom learning in a structured program.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a Guam resident for a period of at least three (3) consecutive years before entry into the program.
• Mayor's Verification must be submitted upon hire.
• Must be able to attend a minimum of two (2) classes per semester while working forty (40) hours per week with IT&E.

Responsibilities

• Uphold IT&E mission, policies and procedures and safety standards.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives and KPIs.
• Use product knowledge to engage, train, and educate customers in the sales process and offerings.
• Process customer payments and support through the company billing system.
• Adhere to established sales processes, policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of industry technology, wireless products, promotions, and advertising.
• Perform customer follow-ups via phone or email.
• Maintain records on equipment and service; prepare and submit related reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
