Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a qualified individual to support enteral nutrition patients by coordinating the accurate provision of formula and supplies. The role involves ongoing monitoring of patient needs and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical records, reimbursement and/or nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the provision of formula and supplies for enteral nutrition patients.
• Monitor enteral nutrition patients and track inventory.
• Respond to patient inquiries and troubleshoot pump issues.
