Job summary

The Nemours Foundation seeks a Surgical Practice Coordinator-Otolaryngology for our Wilmington, DE location to streamline access to surgical care and optimize OR block time. You will coordinate scheduling, maintain EPIC templates, and support clinicians and leadership across divisions.

Responsibilities include daily management of schedules, EPIC/Revenue Cycle training, and communication with families and providers to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associates or bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3 years of related healthcare or surgical setting experience.
• Experience with EPIC scheduling and revenue cycle a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgical cases and manage OR block time.
• Maintain EPIC templates for providers and programs.
• Complete EPIC Revenue Cycle training and scheduling knowledge.
• Coordinate outpatient and telehealth appointments as needed.
• Provide administrative support to divisional leaders and clinicians.
