Job summary

The position emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with physicians and administration to drive growth and maintain compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a healthcare, business or related field; or two years of directly related work experience.
• Three years of experience in a lead role.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a minimum of three practice sites, three billing providers, or an FTE count exceeding ten employees.
• Manages relationships with physicians, staff, payers and patients to ensure quality care and efficient operations.
• Monitors budgets and reports variances to senior leadership with corrective actions.
