Job summary

USSM seeks a strategic and seasoned Vice President of Operations for ENT to lead across all service lines, partnering with the COO to drive operational excellence and patient care across sites.

The role focuses on translating strategy into actionable plans, overseeing daily ENT operations, and developing leaders while ensuring HIPAA/ OSHA compliance and data-driven performance management.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, including executive-level experience.
• Experience in ENT or specialty care, preferably in multi-site and/or multi-state organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the COO and executive team to set vision, strategy, and growth for the ENT division.
• Translate priorities into policies and procedures to drive performance and scalable growth.
• Oversee daily operations of ENT clinics/service lines focusing on patient experience and financial performance.
• Lead ENT leaders and managers, set expectations, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Foster a high-performing, accountable culture and succession planning.
• Partner with HR to recruit and develop top talent within the ENT division.
• Champion DEI initiatives and organizational culture.
• Identify operational improvements and new ENT service lines or revenue streams.
• Lead due diligence, integration, and optimization for new partnerships or growth initiatives.
• Oversee technology implementations (EHR, telehealth, analytics) and regulatory compliance.
