Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for ENT to drive growth across Long Island, NY. You will manage a defined territory, work with physicians and clinical teams, and support product evaluations in OR and office settings.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, expanding existing accounts, and educating customers on product features and value. Travel and in-person support are required in a dynamic healthcare market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (30% travel) and to stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting and selling ENT products to physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and healthcare providers.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through territory planning, account development, and opportunity management.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and customer demonstrations in operating room and office-based environments.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value to support purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, office staff, and key decision-makers across assigned accounts.
• Manage inventory, forecast territory needs, and maintain accurate sales and account records.
