Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC to support territory growth and work alongside experienced Sales Representatives. This field-based role involves assisting with clinical procedures, customer engagements, and account management to advance product adoption and patient outcomes.

You will interact with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff, ensuring proper product use, inventory control, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales or related experience preferred.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences sales is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
