Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Resource Coordinator Medical Assistant to support ENT clinic operations in Chicago. This full-time daytime role combines clinical care with scheduling, inventory management, and staff coordination to meet budget and service goals.

The successful candidate will have the appropriate MA certification and be prepared to obtain CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or NRCMA within six months of employment. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must obtain CMA / RMA / NCMA / CCMA / NRCMA within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the department and manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
• Oversee ordering and inventory to meet clinic needs within budget constraints.
• Provide direct patient care in the Medical Assistant role.
• Lead staff development, onboarding, and coaching within the department.
