Job summary

St. Raymond of Penafort, part of Independence Mission Schools, seeks a Part-Time Enrollment/Tuition Manager to report to the School Principal and IMS Directors of Enrollment & Tuition at IMS's Central Office.

You will provide exceptional service to families, oversee enrollment, tuition collection, financial aid support, and reporting while partnering with school leadership to meet enrollment goals. Responsibilities include coordinating Open Houses, maintaining prospect records, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• PA Clearances on all required background checks (required).

Responsibilities

• Handles enrollment and tuition responsibilities for PreK3–8th grade students.
• Takes inquiry calls regarding admissions and sets appointments with prospects.
• Gathers paperwork, tours, and coordinates Open Houses as needed.
• Assists with online financial aid process and tuition management reports.
• Keeps detailed records of prospects and maintains relationships with referral sources.
