Job summary

Diocese of Gary's St Mary K-8 in Missouri seeks an Enrollment and Reenrollment Director (part-time) to manage reenrollment and enrollment and to lead online enrollment-system implementation.

Reporting to the Principal, you will train staff, ensure data integrity, and generate timely enrollment reports while coordinating with the Big Shoulders Fund and other stakeholders. Some after-hours work may be required as the program evolves.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating enrollment activities and reenrollment processes.
• Ability to implement and train others on enrollment software.
• Strong data integrity and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage reenrollment and enrollment timelines, communications, and documentation.
• Lead the online enrollment system implementation with vendor coordination.
• Provide status updates and reports to principals and BSF stakeholders.
• Train staff and families on the enrollment system and ensure data quality.
• Generate enrollment reports and troubleshoot system issues.
