Job summary
MassMutual Worksite seeks an experienced Benefits Administration/Enrollment Technology professional to provide technical leadership on high-priority projects and evaluate business requirements for technology solutions. You will drive scalable design, advise on technology options, and coordinate with stakeholders for production readiness.
The role acts as the enrollment technology SME, leading integrations with approved partners and ensuring on-time delivery while collaborating with Enrollment
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Group benefits experience with a focus on partner relationship management and/or technical experience.
- 2+ years' experience with enrollment platform technology and processes, product integrations, file formats, audit and test file feeds.
- Advanced knowledge of Voluntary Worksite products & offerings.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for enrollment technology projects and drive on-time delivery.
- Evaluate new integration requests and recommend technology partner fit.
- Lead cross-team collaboration to ensure supported enrollment capabilities.
- Serve as internal enrollment technology subject matter expert across the business.
