Job summary

MassMutual Worksite seeks an experienced Benefits Administration/Enrollment Technology professional to provide technical leadership on high-priority projects, evaluate business requirements, and recommend technological alternatives to clients, brokers, and management. This role focuses on scalable enrollment platforms and integration with partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 7+ years of Group benefits experience with a focus on partner relationship management and/or technical experience.
• 2+ years' experience with enrollment platform technology and processes, product integrations, file formats, audit and test file feeds.

Responsibilities

• Integrate group benefits products with approved enrollment technology; support best practices ensuring quality and participation across the value chain; manage development and testing timelines.
• Conduct technical assessments of new integration requests and evaluate technology partners against key criteria for platform fit.
• Identify capabilities and limitations of new and existing benefits technology partners and determine best technical solutions to support enrollment needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to Steering Committee for final approval.
• Project lead coordinating with technical teams of approved companies to ensure on-time delivery and proper production readiness.
• Serve as the internal enrollment technology subject matter expert providing cross-team support.
