Job summary

MassMutual Worksite is seeking an experienced Benefits Administration/Enrollment Technology professional to provide technical leadership on high-priority projects and evaluate business requirements for technology options.

You will partner with enrollment technology vendors, manage integration efforts, lead project teams, and serve as a subject matter expert to ensure scalable enrollment solutions across the organization, collaborating with Enrollment Platform Solutions, Data Transformation and

Qualifications

High School Diploma.
7+ years of Group benefits experience with partner relationship management and/or technical experience.
2+ years' experience with enrollment platform technology and file processes.

Responsibilities

Integrate group benefits products with approved enrollment technology to support quality & participation; manage development and testing schedule.
Conduct technical assessments of new integration requests, evaluating potential benefits tech partners against criteria.
Identify capabilities & limitations of new/existing partners and establish best technical solution.
Present findings and recommendations to the Steering Committee for final approval.
Project lead with technical teams of approved companies to ensure on-time delivery and production sign-off.
Serve as internal enrollment technology SME providing support to teams across the business.
