Job summary

MassMutual Worksite seeks an experienced Benefits Administration/Enrollment Technology professional to lead high-priority enrollment initiatives and advise on scalable technical solutions. You will evaluate new technologies, conduct technical studies, and coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure efficient design, programming and implementation of platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of group benefits experience with a focus on partner relationship management and/or technical experience.
• 2+ years' experience with enrollment platform technology and processes, product integrations, file formats, audit and test file feeds.

Responsibilities

• Integrate group benefits products with approved enrollment technology; support best practices that drive quality and participation across the value chain.
• Conduct technical assessments of new integration requests, evaluating potential partner benefits against key criteria to determine platform fit.
• Identify capabilities and limitations of new and existing benefits technology partners to establish the best technical solution for enrollment needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to the Steering Committee for final approval.
• Lead projects with approved companies' technical teams to ensure on-time delivery and proper production readiness.
• Serve as the internal enrollment technology subject matter expert providing cross-team support.
