Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• 2+ years of Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project workstreams from initiation through implementation.
• Maintain accountability for quality, timelines, scope, and budget, with clear reporting to sponsors and management.
• Develop and manage integrated plans, funded forecasts, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Serve as trusted advisor, translating complex information into actionable decisions and influencing project direction.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to coordinate delivery and address performance concerns.
• Anticipate barriers, assess risk and organizational impact, and drive issues to resolution.
