Job summary

Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency with CSV, Text, Excel, Word and PDF formats.
- Excel: VLOOKUPs and IF/THEN statements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and management.
- Experience with enrollment technologies and third-party enrollment providers.
Responsibilities
- Review internal audit results and error logs to identify and fix issues.
- Coordinate with enrollment teams to update systems per partner capabilities.
- Monitor Secure File Transfer and ensure naming conventions and EDI guidelines are followed.
- Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
