Job summary

The School Operations System Administrator will support enrollment systems, ensure data quality, and coordinate between vendors and process owners to meet regulatory and operational needs.

This role requires experience with enrollment platforms (SchoolMint preferred), strong communication, and the ability to work independently on complex data reporting projects.

• Must have prior experience with SchoolMint or other enrollment systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with shareholders in supporting school operational systems.
• Gather requirements for business needs and configure systems within deadlines.
• Facilitate data flow between student information and enrollment systems.
• Coordinate training for national and state staff on all assigned systems.
• Manage service desk tickets and liaise with vendor/escalation teams.
• Provide training on change management and procedures.
• Oversee change and release management for enrollment systems.
• Work with vendors and customers as liaison.
• Collaborate on projects, data requests, reporting, and custom reports.
• Ensure data is available, reliable, and secure.
