Job summary

Camden City School District is seeking an Enrollment Specialist – Registration Systems to manage and improve student enrollment processes and systems. You will ensure accurate data entry, verification, and communication across the district, supporting school placement coordination and family interactions.

The role requires strong data management, documentation verification, and cross-department collaboration to align enrollment with policies, capacity, and planning needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience in data entry, registration, school operations, enrollment, student services, or related field.
• Background check, physical and U.S. citizenship or residency proof required.
• Valid driver's license or state ID, valid insurance and registration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support centralized enrollment processes and systems.
• Enter, verify, and maintain student enrollment data across district systems.
• Coordinate with schools and district departments on enrollment and placement.
• Ensure compliance with district and state enrollment requirements and documentation.
