Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Job Description

This individual will be joining a dynamic team of Enrollment Specialists on a contract to hire basis. The already existing team is looking to add another team member to help complete all paper and electronic forms for government payors as well as complete all contracting credentialing requests. In this role you will be expected to work cross functionally across operations, legal, and compliance to gather all requested documentation. This role requires 5 days a week in the office during the training period from 7 - 3:30 MT and will then move to a hybrid schedule with 3 days remote and two days onsite.
