Concorde Career Colleges is seeking an Admissions Representative in Jacksonville to recruit and enroll qualified students and provide ongoing support through the admissions process. The role emphasizes ethical recruitment and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 5 years' related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience as an Admissions Representative preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Online higher education experience preferred (3 years).

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, interviews, and follow-ups with prospective/enrolled students.
• Provide accurate program details, career opportunities, and enrollment requirements as outlined in Campus catalog.
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service in all student and staff interactions.
• Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and track applicant progress.
• Collaborate with admissions systems and conduct campus tours and informational sessions.
