Job summary

Concorde Career Colleges is seeking an Admissions Representative at our Houston, TX campus. The role focuses on recruiting and enrolling qualified students, conducting outreach, and guiding applicants through the admissions process.

Onsite position with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities. The candidate will provide program details, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with financial aid and student services to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (required) and five (5) years’ experience in related field
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field (preferred)
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as an Admissions Representative (preferred)
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service and/or sales (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Capacity to assess student needs and match them with appropriate programs
• Ability to communicate, think, learn, and reason

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, interviews, and follow-ups with prospective/enrolled students
• Provide accurate program details, career opportunities, and enrollment requirements as outlined in Campus catalog
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service in all student and staff interactions
• Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and track applicant progress
• Utilize authorized marketing materials and adhere to ethical recruitment standards
• Navigate admissions systems to support the enrollment process effectively
• Conduct campus tours and informational sessions
• Assist prospective students in navigating the admissions process
• Collaborate with financial aid, academics, and student services to support student success
• Attend orientations, graduations, and regular admissions meetings
• Other duties as assigned
