Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; five years in related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of admissions experience preferred; online higher ed experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, interviews and follow-ups with prospective students.
• Provide accurate program details, enrollment requirements and career opportunities.
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service in all interactions.
• Manage inquiries, schedule appointments and track applicant progress.
• Navigate admissions systems to support enrollment effectively.
• Conduct campus tours and informational sessions.
• Submit and maintain accurate admissions records and documentation.
• Collaborate with financial aid, academics and student services to support student success.

Education
