Concorde-Career-College seeks an Admissions Support Representative to provide remote support for recruiting and enrollment across campuses. You will interview prospective students, handle inquiries, and schedule campus visits while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an admissions representative (required).
• Experience with outside sales, customer service, and quality assurance (preferred).
• Some Saturday work required (1-2x a month).
• Strong customer service and organizational skill.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and determine applicant eligibility per admissions criteria.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with clients and staff.
• Conduct virtual prospective student interviews per manual or director guidance.
• Utilize vendor resources to engage or re-engage prospects and schedule appointments.
• Manage recruitment activity through CRM with timely updates and notes.
• Perform outreach via phone, text and email to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed enrollment activity and referral targets.
• Adhere to Federal financial aid policies relating to admissions.
• Prepare and submit admissions documents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with campus Admissions to support recruitment.
