Qualifikationen

• Experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, customer service, or relationship management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Respond to prospective family and referral partner inquiries within 5 minutes during business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Build relationships with families and referral sources to understand needs and enrollment fit.
• Guide families through the application, assessment, acceptance, and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate preliminary acceptance within 24 hours of application submission and communicate decisions.
• Facilitate virtual and on-site tours showcasing Havenwood's programs and environment.
• Maintain accurate admissions records, lead tracking, and enrollment documentation.
• Update and follow the enrollment playbook; monitor census and enrollment performance.
• Collaborate with clinical, residential, medical, and revenue cycle teams to ensure smooth admissions.
