Job summary

Havenwood is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN to join our medical team in Cedar City, Utah. This role offers evening and weekend hours with a supportive benefits package for a residential treatment setting.

You will work closely with clinicians, educators, and program staff to ensure comprehensive physical and medical well-being of adolescent females in treatment, upholding HIPAA and safety standards across all care activities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in pediatrics, school nursing or residential treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure medication management and documentation meet HIPAA and facility policies.
• Coordinate external medical appointments and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to integrate medical care into treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and health data.
