Qualifications

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, recruiting standards, and conduct expectations.
• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students, providing accurate information about programs and financial considerations.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Meet or exceed performance and enrollment goals while maintaining service standards.
• Document student contact and manage enrollment workflows in the Student Information System.
