You will deliver accurate program details, assist students in navigating requirements, and collaborate with financial aid, academics, and student services to ensure a seamless enrollment experience. Expect professional recruitment practices and campus tours.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required with 5 years’ related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience as an Admissions Representative preferred.
• One year in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Online higher education experience (3+ years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, interviews, and follow-ups with prospective students.
• Provide accurate program details, career opportunities, and enrollment requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service in all student and staff interactions.
• Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and track applicant progress.
• Navigate admissions systems to support the enrollment process and conduct campus tours.
• Collaborate with financial aid, academics, and student services to support student success.
• Adhere to ethical recruitment standards and campus policies.
• Attend orientations, graduations, and admissions meetings.
