Job summary

The role involves conducting admissions interviews, presenting programs, and collaborating with Financial Aid and academic departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of experience in admissions, higher education, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience in goal-driven or performance-based environments preferred.
• Knowledge of higher education regulations is a plus.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication in a culturally diverse environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of prospective student engagement, from initial inquiry through enrollment.
• Respond to phone, web, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build rapport with prospective students and identify their educational and career goals.
• Schedule and conduct admissions interviews, providing clear, accurate information about programs and the admissions process.
• Guide prospective students through the decision-making and enrollment process.
• Present program content, length, academic requirements, and career outcomes in alignment with university standards.
• Accurately track and manage all activity within CRM systems, including leads, calls, appointments, interviews, and enrollments.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic departments to support the admissions and onboarding process.
• Utilize all available tools and systems, including databases, phone systems, and internal platforms.
• Provide feedback to the Director of Admissions regarding trends, challenges, and process improvements.
• Attend departmental meetings, graduation ceremonies, and university events as required.
