Job summary

GDA Training in Augusta, GA is seeking an Admissions Advisor to enroll qualified students into the school's programs. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, interview and tour prospects, and guide them through the admissions process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in sales and referral lead generation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM or lead-management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified students for programs in a compliant, professional manner.
• Use only approved materials during calls, interviews and enrollment.
• Significant outbound and inbound calling efforts are required.
• Follow up with inquiries not scheduled for appointments or who missed interviews.
• Interview and tour prospects to understand needs, goals, and motivations.
• Explain admissions process, requirements, and documents.
• Guide enrolled students through admissions, collect funds, and gather documents.
• Uphold enrollment standards per regulations and catalog.
• Follow up with non-progress or canceled inquiries to resolve issues.
• Meet productivity goals based on campus needs.
• Knowledge of CRM is a plus.
• Generate referrals from prospective students.
• Complete daily activity reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of records and information.
• Regular attendance; other duties as assigned.
