Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; flexible hours including evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective and active students to share information and schedule campus appointments.
• Ensure all questions are answered or followed up promptly.
• Use Web Chat to communicate with students directly.
