Qualifications

• Associates degree with 1 year of experience.
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with enrollment processes and FERPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for student enrollment needs and resolve barriers to success.
• Provide courteous customer care and communicate via email, phone, or in person with students.
• Orient students to the enrollment process, policies, technology, and campus resources.
