You will coordinate applicant communications, interviews, campus visits, recruitment events, and key student programs, partnering with faculty, staff, and university leaders to deliver an exceptional experience and support enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience with progressive responsibilities in an education setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate applicant communications, interviews, campus visits and recruitment events.
• Organize key student programs and engagement initiatives for the College of Dental Medicine.
• Partner with faculty, staff and leadership to improve student experience and enrollment.
• Support data-driven decision-making to meet enrollment goals.
