Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Admissions Counseling & Recruitment: outreach to prospective students via multiple channels and guide through enrollment decisions.
• Enrollment & Student Onboarding: assist with enrollment requirements and coordinate with Financial Aid, Registrar, and other departments.
• Academic Advising & Student Success: provide guidance on degree pathways, course sequencing, and progress monitoring.
• Student Retention & Graduation: engage at-risk students with proactive outreach and support for persistence.
• Student Relationship Management & Institutional Collaboration: maintain records, collaborate across departments, ensure FERPA compliance.
