Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking an Enrollment Registrar to coordinate student registration from application through state systems. You will be customer-focused, supporting parents and students while ensuring data accuracy.

You will manage registrations, transcripts, and lunch applications, and help drive enrollment yields. Proficiency with PowerSchool and MS Office is essential, with a focus on timely, compliant data handling in a 12-month school environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or higher (preferred) or sufficient experience.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Previous School Enrollment Manager, Registrar or equivalent experience highly desired.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage registration, recommitment, and withdrawal processes for all students.
• Evaluate transcripts of incoming students and ensure completeness.
• Process Free and Reduced Lunch applications into the state and CSUSA databases.
• Enter students' recommitments into the CSUSA database.
• Lead tours and assist with information sessions and enrollment efforts.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of PowerSchool and ACE databases.
