The role leads a six-person team and partners with senior leaders to forecast demand, manage tuition assistance, and strengthen the school’s market position. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, data fluency, and a collaborative leadership style to drive enrollment

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-division enrollment team with a cooperation across divisions.
• Oversee recruitment, admission, re-enrollment, retention, and tuition assistance.
• Develop annual international recruitment strategies and boarding identity.
• Collaborate with business office on financial aid and net tuition goals.
• Engage families through transitions and ensure strong parent communication.
