Qualifications

• Senior enrollment officer experience in independent school, college, or university.
• Bias for action and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Deep understanding of enrollment, admission, and marketing trends.
• Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
• Deep expertise in financial aid, including need-based allocation and net tuition revenue.
• Data fluency: analyze enrollment data and turn into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enrollment work across four divisions and six staff.
• Oversee recruitment, admission, re-enrollment, retention, and tuition assistance.
• Partner with the business office on the financial aid program and net revenue goals.
• Sustain school-wide enrollment through data-driven strategies and family experience.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and committees; participate in strategic planning.
• Support boarding program development and international recruitment strategies.
