Job summary

The Delaware County Christian School Society is seeking an Assistant Director of Upper School Enrollment to support the enrollment of new students and retention of current students, while guiding marketing dollars and social media strategy to engage families in Chester County.

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment, the role coordinates campus visits, feeder-school outreach, admissions file maintenance, and ambassador programs, delivering excellent hospitality and communications for a positive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years admissions/enrollment management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable speaking to diverse groups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with admissions or enrollment management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Present school and student visit experiences with outstanding customer service and clear communications.
• Assist with scheduling parent interviews in line with the school’s mission and vision.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives to engage new and existing markets.
• Coordinate onboarding events for new students and families in collaboration with the Upper School Head.
• Identify feeder schools and educational partners; build regional relationships.
• Maintain and manage Upper School admission files and the admissions process.
• Oversee ambassadors and volunteers; support admissions events and new parent onboarding.
