Job summary

The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia, School of Data Science, seeks a motivated professional to join its admissions team as an Assistant Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management in Charlottesville, VA. You will advance undergraduate and graduate enrollment goals, analyze data, and develop reports to improve outcomes.

You will oversee application review, decision releases, communications, and fellowship administration, while guiding recruitment and ensuring smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three years of experience in admissions or related field, or eight years of experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate, and interpret recruitment and enrollment data to provide strategic insights and guide process improvements.
• Design and develop enrollment reports and queries within Slate to support recruitment, funnel management and forecasting.
• Coordinate decision release processes and transition from Admissions to Academic Operations.
• Manage awarding, tracking, and reporting of graduate fellowships.
• Represent the School at recruitment events, deliver presentations, and advise prospective and admitted students throughout the process.
• Supervise Graduate Student Admissions Ambassadors and Interns.
