Job summary

OU Education Services LLC is seeking a Director of Enrollment to lead the Enrollment Services portfolio, manage Enrollment Managers, and align strategies with OU expectations and compliance standards. You will drive student-centered processes, improve progression, and oversee budget and resources.

You will partner with Marketing, Operations, and university partners to optimize enrollment outcomes, leverage data insights, and shape strategic initiatives within a dynamic higher-education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years leading enrollment teams.
• Experience leading managers of managers.
• Experience managing departmental budget and staffing.
• Knowledge of higher education enrollment practices and compliance.
• Proven ability to influence across senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and performance of the enrollment portfolio.
• Forecast performance and manage pipeline health.
• Lead Enrollment Managers and develop teams.
• Ensure compliant, student-centered operations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and university stakeholders.
• Communicate results to executive leadership.
