Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support individuals in self-direction programs. You will conduct the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support, ensuring documents are complete and accurate.

You will perform external outreach to community partners to grow enrollment, maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and seek process improvements to enhance the service experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and record management.
• Committed to HIPAA and confidentiality.

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field
• Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
