GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support the enrollment process for individuals in self-direction programs. You will work with the person served and their support network to ensure complete documents, maintain confidentiality, and drive access to services.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommend improvements to internal processes to prevent issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
