Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommend improvements to internal processes/systems to prevent issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.
