Job summary

GT Independence seeks an Enrollment Specialist to support individuals in self-direction programs. You will coordinate enrollment with the person served and family/guardians, ensure documentation is complete, and protect confidentiality with HIPAA compliance.

You will also engage with community partners to expand enrollment and improve access to services, leveraging strong clerical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication preferred.
• Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommend improvements to internal process/systems to prevent issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
