Job summary

The Community Group is a private nonprofit organization providing education and child care services since 1970. The Program Enrollment Specialist will manage intake eligibility, maintain program capacity, and support billing processes while ensuring confidentiality and high-quality data entry.

Colleagues will rely on your strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills to coordinate with families and program staff. This is a full-time on-site role in Lawrence, MA.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math and logic abilities.
• Works well in a team and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process intake/reassessment eligibility for families and document collection.
• Ensure 100% slot capacity and manage waitlists for programs.
• Handle fee calculations, data entry, and billing in ELV & CCFA systems.
• Provide backup for front desk and respond to payment issues with families.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate quality control of intakes and reassessments.
• Support communications with parents and program staff as needed.
