You will spend your days speaking with entrepreneurs who have demonstrated interest in Scaling.com’s Science of Scaling program, turning initial inquiries into conversations and advancing qualified prospects to Enrollment

Qualifications

• Experience in Enrollment Specialist, SDR, BDR, or similar in high-volume phone sales.
• Ability to follow scripts and established qualification criteria.
• Strong listening and discovery skills to qualify prospects.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to qualified and warm leads.
• Qualify prospects and open conversations with business owners.
• Schedule Enrollment Assessments for qualified prospects.
• Follow scripts, SOPs, and qualification processes consistently.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
