Qualifications

• Associates' degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service with KPI history.
• One year admissions experience in for-profit post-secondary setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to connect with diverse audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; willing to learn new systems.
• Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings.
• Lead enrollment goals through personal performance.
• Guide students from inquiry to enrollment, including appointments and applications.
• Track application status and ensure documentation.
• Assist with recruitment events like open houses and career fairs.
