You will conduct high-energy outreach, assess goals, schedule interviews, complete applications, and drive enrollment while meeting KPI targets. The role requires strong communication, sales or service experience, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Proven sales or customer service experience; KPI-focused.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings.
• Assess goals and eligibility, champion the best program for each student.
• Drive the full admissions cycle: inquiry, appointment setting, interviews, application completion, documentation, and enrollment.
• Hit and exceed enrollment KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion, and closing ratios.
• Follow up with persistence to ensure the right fit is enrolled.
• Represent AIM at open houses, career fairs, and community events.
