Qualifications

• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast-paced, enrollment-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of Student Enrollment Advisors.
• Design and implement structured onboarding and training programs.
• Provide ongoing training in financial literacy, funding options, compliance, and student communication.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions focused on performance and accountability.
• Promote ownership, responsiveness, and student-centered service.
• Monitor student financial files and ensure accuracy before submission to Student Finance.
• Track team performance using reporting tools and update leadership.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Student Finance to align enrollment strategies and financial advising.
