Manage service delivery across Registration Lab, FAFSA Lab, and OneStop operations.
Coordinate outreach strategies to increase FAFSA filing and financial aid completion.
Develop and maintain engagement data and outreach tracking to connect students with enrollment resources.
Supervise staff across service points and support cross-functional programmatic initiatives.
Maintain expertise in enrollment technologies such as Slate CRM and EAB Navigate.
